I stayed there just last week. And the gentleman when I called was very pleasant and helpful with directions. He also made sure our rooms were warm enough for us. However the rooms were outdated and not worth what we paid they were very clean and comfortable. And if I had to rate a hotel on customer service this is the only place I would ever stay awesome owners !!!
Rooms are very well kept, service was exceptional and the location is easier to get downtown than any other place around.

Showed up the entire lot was empty the lady told me she had no rooms to rent and told me to try mainstays
