Behind the Black Gold Suites are furnished apartments. You'll get a nice one bedroom apartment for half the price of the hotel. There's no free breakfast, but there wasn't any at the hotel either.
Now the rooms are good , beds are comfortable and the in room amenities are good .
I arrived Wednesday night. Thursday there was no breakfast. On Friday, the person on night shift left early; the person on morning shift came late. By 6:10, she had the milk and juice machines turned on, and some hard boiled eggs sitting out. I was going to be late for work, so I got some orange juice and left. Saturday my coworker and I checked out. The person at the front desk gave me two pieces of paper, saying one was my receipt, and the other was my coworker's. She wasn't sure why mine had no balance printed on the bottom, but assured me we were good. My coworker's bank account showed she'd charged him the full amount, and we then realized she'd given each of us half of his receipt. I gave him cash to cover my end of the room, and this morning found my account overdrawn because they went ahead and charged me for half the bill.
Nice rooms, Friendly front desk, poor cleaning crews, they say breakfast from 06:00 but they don't show up until six. Garbage in room until I had to take it out.
I hope this is better now that the oil boom hay days have subsided. Gateway to Bakken
Don't know the price of the rooms since my company pays, but me personally this equates to about a 50 dollar a night stay.
The night time guy is extremely worthless .
Stayed here 3 months ago and still have not fixed or replaced the broken washer and dryers .
Great place not to.bad on price and every room has a kitchen
One housekeeper so good luck on getting you room cleaned when there is a lot of people staying in house.
WiFi barely works right , connect but Internet access.
If the owner would take and fix a few things I would be glad to give them a better review, consider the amount of my coworkers stay here sometime several weeks straight.
