Excellent location.
I think it's way to expensive and it was like pulling teeth to get any repairs done around the place I did like the location just on the outskirts of town
This place is really good but in the winter the trailers are not good
So far its great! Not sure I like the idea of landlords having one master key for every mobile home, could be disastrous if it got in the wrong hands. Better to have individual, but thats my opinion. A/C freezes up almost daily. Rent is reasonable and ALL inclusive. Quiet community and very clean and well kept.
